		<description>Mike, there is more to diabetes than laziness.  While working out will do a lot to prevent diabetes, you also need a diet with very low carbohydrates, no trans fats, high levels of vitamin D, high minerals and phytonutrients and enough sleep.  There are also genetic predispositions, but it is not inevitable with the right diet, exercise and sleep habits.</description>
