Thank you so much for the information! I have learned a lot! Knowing that I cannot exercise much, especially cardio, I have recently started lifting weights with my husband to try to regain some tone, and am having serious trouble with my milk production since. I have an eight month old who still needs to eat and is getting frustrated when the milk does not come. Needless to say I am discontinuing my work outs (I'll have to shape up later) and trying to boost my lactation. Your information is greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
