I think that Chinese medicine has a lot to offer for benign pituitary tumors, but do look for someone whose degree covers herbal medicine as well as acupuncture. Diet, very high Vitamin D levels and appropriate herbs in levels that can affect the tumor will work together with the acupuncture to support you.

Neat article. I just had a friend recommend an acupuncturist to me for an issue I have with a benign pituitary tumor. Do you think that will help? I have been into natural health "forever" and am exploring many options. Currently I am eating 80% raw...using H2O2 Therapy , taking supplements including Tumeric. Any other suggestion?

We like the post. As avid lovers of espresso and for someone who consumes 10-12 cups, the article sticks. I like your style of writing too! Good job!!

Really! I have found that those shoes have allowed me to stretch out tight muscles and rely upon my core muscles, even when I wear other shoes. I have considered them corrective for having flat paved ground instead of natural surfaces. What kinds of things do you see, Rosalee?

Great article as always Karen! I will say though, as a manual therapist who helps people with alignment, I see those shoes to fix posture as another bandaid solution that can hide the real issues underneath. They can certainly be temporarily useful, but long reliance is like popping a pill to ignore the symptoms.
